Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process when you visit createaimuse.com or buy a product, why we do so, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Order data: your name, email address, country, the products bought, price and date. Purpose: to deliver the product, send order emails and handle support or complaints. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Accounting records: invoices and transaction records. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), kept for 10 years as required by Slovak accounting law.
• Payment data: entered directly with the payment provider (such as PayPal or a card processor), which processes it as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We receive only confirmation of the payment and basic order details, never your full card number.
• Emails you send us: to answer your questions. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Technical data: when you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically processes your IP address, browser type and request time in server logs, for security and to deliver the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Cookies and tracking

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Payment providers may set cookies that are strictly necessary for a secure checkout when you open their payment window. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

4. Recipients and processors

• Netlify, Inc. (website hosting)
• Payment providers such as PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. and/or Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.
• Google LLC (Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address)
• Our email provider (for order and support communication)
• An accountant or tax adviser, where required

Some of these providers are based in or transfer data to the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep data

Order data is kept for as long as needed to deliver the product and handle complaints, and accounting records for 10 years. Support emails are kept for up to 3 years after the last contact. Server logs are kept for a short period set by the hosting provider.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive your data in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email aimodelzbro@gmail.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Slovakia this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
