Refund Policy

We want you to know exactly what you are buying before you pay. Here is how refunds work for our digital products.

1. Digital products and the 14-day right

All Launch Studio products are digital PDF files that you receive immediately after payment. Under EU consumer law, the usual 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery of digital content has started, if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose this right. You give this consent at checkout by ticking the checkbox before paying.

This means that, once you have access to the files, we generally do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind.

2. When you get a refund

• You were charged but did not receive access, and we could not deliver it within a reasonable time.
• A file is damaged, incomplete or does not match its description, and we cannot provide a working file.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• In any other case where a refund is required by law.

3. How to ask

Email aimodelzbro@gmail.com with the email address used for the purchase, the order or transaction ID, and a short description of the problem. We reply within 3 business days and handle complaints at the latest within 30 days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days. The time until the money appears on your account depends on your payment provider.
